Meet Mae Mae Voltz!

“Rush week can be stressful and exhausting, but every moment is worth it when you walk into a house where you feel truly welcomed, loved, and at peace. For me, that place was Kappa!

Being from in-state, I had many connections in other houses but I wanted to make the right decision for me. I was once told that you should find a sorority where if you left your backpack at the house, you would be comfortable going back to get it. The moment I stepped inside the Kappa house, I felt seen and cared for by the older girls. Their warmth, laughter, and genuine connection with me instantly made me feel at home. It was clear that Kappa was more than just a sorority—it was a sisterhood built on authenticity and a place I could truly be myself. What really drew me in, though, was how I connected with Kappa’s values. It felt like a place where I could not only belong but also continue growing into the person I strive to be. Also, I knew I would always feel comfortable going back to get my forgotten backpack!

Since joining Kappa, I’ve found my best friends, the ones who celebrate the highs, walk with me through the lows, and push me to be the best version of myself. Choosing Kappa has meant choosing encouragement, growth, joy, and so many unforgettable memories.

I’m so excited for PC’ 25 to meet my favorite people and experience what makes Kappa truly special. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Kappa’s always it! 💙”
