Belonging at Braze is something we build together.

This Juneteenth, we’re spotlighting our Black@Braze ERG, a community that brings people together to celebrate culture, honor history, and create space for authentic connection.

So far in 2026, that’s come to life through a guided tour and community dinner at the Studio Museum of Harlem, a Listening Lounge celebrating the rhythms of Black culture, a Lunch & Learn with Rooted author Brea Baker on Black land ownership, and laid back, laughter-filled moments — from Family Feud nights to Juneteenth Jeopardy — that bring people closer together across our global teams.

This community also shows up beyond celebration: a member championed the IDeaL Education Foundation, securing a Braze donation match to support scholarships and mentorship for young Black men.

With a focus on both honoring legacy and building cultural awareness, Black@Braze continues to play an important role in what belonging looks like at Braze 💟
