Ok before everyone gets bent out of shape, I was always very appreciative of my ex-husband’s efforts in the kitchen! And I was always very effusive with my praise. But the food wasn’t very good and I preferred my own most of the time. Which was hard because I was often too exhausted to cook after work. That is all I meant by that one part. If you know anything about my post-lawyer career or have eaten my food, cooking is something I’m quite good at so it makes sense I prefer my own food and I am grateful that my current job allows me to eat it much more often!
