Meet Kev Dillon of lionsamatuerboxingclub, using his platform to help break the stigma around men’s mental health.

He started his podcast, ‘The Black Country Blokes’ in 2019 with his fellow boxing coach, Lee Cadman and has set up a safe space in his club for members to express themselves through exercise.
