I’m on a mission to try one new thing a week in Colorado - part 56!  I was so excited to try Uchiko in Cherry Creek. They have insane lunch menu deals including several set menus or à la carte options. The burger & chicken Sando were absolutely delicious and are only served for lunch. Don’t miss out on all their wood fired vegetables and of course dessert!  Thanks for having me in!
