I bought a $19.5M apartment complex. It brings in $165K a month and NETS $53K. 😮‍💨

No bank. No credit. Not a dollar out of pocket. The seller became my bank… that’s called Seller Finance. And it’s the only way I invest.

If I were starting from zero today here’s exactly what I’d do:
