▫️ Betsy and her unmatched passion for her clients. That same dedication is in every trainer at élevé. The results, the staff, and the community keep me coming back—my body feels strong, and my heart feels full.

◽ what’s your favorite class at élevé and why?
▫️ Depends on my mood! LAGREE is perfect for every day. If I need to wake up head-to-toe, it’s CIRCUIT. Feeling extra spicy? A combo class with the VERSA CLIMBER!

◽ if you could describe an élevé class in one word, what would it be?
▫️ STRENGTH

◽ what keeps you motivated to stay consistent with your workouts?
▫️ The supportive community has kept me going through my 4th pregnancy, even through the challenges. This has 
been my strongest and best-feeling pregnancy yet—thanks to LAGREE helping my pelvic floor, core, and inner thighs.

◽ what advice would you give someone considering their first class?
▫️ Just do it! You won’t regret it. A strong, functional body lets you live the life you want—and you’ll gain an incredible community along the way.
