check out her thoughts on what makes élevé feel like home, the classes she can’t get enough of, and her advice for anyone new to the studio🤍

◽what first brought you to élevé, and what kept you coming?
▫️ I had taken a private with @betsycampbellfitness at another studio, and when I saw she was opening her own studio, and only 5 minutes from my house, I couldn't wait to try élevé! I have kept going back because ALL of the instructors are amazing, the studio is beautiful, and I love the variety of classes.

what's your favorite class at élevé and why?
▫️ I love the VERSA PLUS class, LAGREE, and VERSACLIMBER. I love getting a shortened version of Lagree with the cardio burn of the Versaclimber. Such and amazing full body workout!

if you could describe an élevé class in one word, what would it be?
▫️ Challenging!

what keeps you motivated to stay consistent with your workouts?
▫️ Honestly, I feel so good after my workouts, it's like therapy for me. Also, I love how strong I feel now thanks to the classes. It's addictive!

what advice would you give to someone considering taking their first class here?
▫️ I would start with a beginner class or a private class to get an intro into the Lagree lingo and form. But the instructors are awesome in any class with a new student!◽
