okay, don't be alarmed, but this is a big deal... ⚠️ it’s finally time to introduce an instructor who brings brains, brawn, and a whole lot of energy to élevé. meet blair, our long-distance BFF (best fitness friend) who’s as dedicated to your workouts as she is to her studies. keep reading to see why we're so obsessed with her ⤵️

a client since 2015 and certified in LAGREE///teaching since 2017, blair turned to fitness as an outlet for PDST (Post Degree Stress Time--her words) and  never stopped. she loves the energy, music, clients, and the community she builds with every class. as miley cyrus says, nobody's perfect, but she celebrates the ups and downs of life and encourages you to be right there with her 🫧

with a bachelor of science in nursing and currently pursuing her doctorate in nurse anesthetist school, blair clearly knows her stuff and takes her studies seriously. she blends her exercise knowledge with her medical knowledge, putting clients in the best hands, and has taught at studios across Baton Rouge, Denver, Baltimore, and D.C.
outside the studio, blair is a living oxymoron. she loves staying active but also enjoys catnaps, is passionate about nutrition but loves good food, digs science and all things anatomy but also loves painting, design, and fashion. and, she’s got two fur children, max and maggie, who are usually being spoiled by their grandparents, but get to love on their mama now that she's back in her hometown.🐾
