with a background that's as dynamic as her energy on the mic, she knows how to get results, and brought her vision to life at élevé🤍
after having two kids and itching to get back into exercising, she discovered LAGREE FITNESS, quickly learning that the method is the best group fitness class around. in 2020 she dove in headfirst, becoming one of only 51 active MASTER TRAINERS in the world, working for @sebastienlagree and @LAGREEFITNESS to certify and train instructors. she felt compelled to elevate the fitness class experience in baton rouge… but she's not just about sculpting bodies; she's sculpting minds, ensuring that every trainer at élevé embodies the same dedication and expertise that she brings to the table. in addition to her title as an OFFICIAL LAGREE MASTER TRAINER she is a CERTIFIED VERSACLIMBER instructor, she holds a personal trainer certification from the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE (NASM), is a pre- and post-natal LAGREE specialist, and is working toward becoming a CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH… but who’s counting… 💫

outside of working out and fitness, betsy loves to cook for her family often, preparing fresh and healthy recipes at least five times a week. she enjoys coffee, reading, hiking, a lot of shopping (fashion is a close second passion to working out) and watching her little boys (and husband) play golf, football and basketball🏆
so, whether she's making you sweat, shake, and sore, curating the perfect playlist for her classes, or cheering on her boys from the sidelines, betsy is the epitome of strength, style, and sass.  💌
