it’s finally time to shine a light on our sweet, beautiful, smart, perfect, all the things, lydia 🌟 with her ambition, experience, and warmth, she brings a unique perspective to her classes that’s impossible not to love. see what we mean and read on about her below 🔽

she has always had a passion for fitness, but it wasn’t until 2014 that lydia took her first LAGREE class. instantly captivated by its methodology, she became hooked and has never looked back (we can relate)
in 2019, while she lived in charlotte, nc, lydia pursued formal training to become a certified instructor at a local LAGREE studio. after making her way back to baton rouge in 2020, she began sharing her expertise as an instructor and hungered for more, soaking up as much knowledge as she could no matter what city she was in. currently holding a level 1 certification, lydia is eagerly anticipating her level 2 certification this year, further enhancing her skills and knowledge for élevé clients like you❣️

beyond her role as a fitness instructor, lydia is a soon to be a first time mom (!!!) alongside her husband, she finds joy in traveling, often incorporating LAGREE sessions into her explorations of new cities. during weekends, lydia can be found immersed in home projects, scouring estate sales, or enjoying the outdoors. passionate about leading a balanced life, lydia strives to inspire her clients both inside and outside the studio ☁️
