annalise has always been a fitness lover and tried lots of different classes before getting bit by the LAGREE bug. she took her first class in MARCH of 2022 and it was love at first shake... she went through training to teacher her first class by JUNE of that year and never looked back, seeking out her advanced LEVEL 2 LAGREE CERTIFICATION shortly after. her passion for not only fitness but coaching others led her to her dream job of teaching LAGREE and CIRCUIT at élevé🔥

when she's not teaching LAGREE and CIRCUIT, she's jammin' to the hottest new hits and curating the best playlists for her classes. as a certified mood booster, annalise brings the good energy to everything she does 🔊
