kate's LAGREE story began in 2017, leading her to get her LEVELS 1 & 2 LAGREE CERTIFICATIONS as well as her VERSACLIMBER INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION, so she can infuse every class with energy, motivation, strength... and laughs🫧

in the studio, kate's energy is infectious, and her dedication to her clients' success knows no bounds. beyond the studio, she works a 9-5 role as a digital marketer while freelancing on the side, and somehow still finds time for the quieter moments of life. when she can, she's savoring a cup (or 3) of coffee or spending quality time with her dog, lucy (or hopefully both) 🐾
