Alysa Liu is a QUEEN & such a real reminder that protecting your peace isn’t quitting!!! sometimes it’s the reset that makes everything else possible.

She talks about how she was  carrying pressure that didn’t feel sustainable, burnout and about needing to figure out who she was outside of skating. So she stepped away to recalibrate, focus on her mental health & find the joy again.
