For our mentors, it is sometimes easy to forget the impact they are making in the moment, but this 2024 mentor reminds us of the true value of mentorship.

Sometimes it was a quick check-in, other times just a simple text, but each moment his mentee reached out was a reminder of the friendship they had built. Knowing his mentee has someone he trusts to talk to about anything is a true reminder of why mentorship matters 🤝🌱
