Over-Under Reaction Drill

Simple drill, but the subtleties of the drop and throws are important.
By dropping efficiently and establishing a stable transition position at the top of the drop harrisonhyndman is easily able to react and respond to the different timing and throw trajectory requirements of the route choice by sebs_alatorre 
A QB who is off-balance or in a quad-biased, toe-loaded position at the top of the drop will struggle to react and adjust the throw, hitch or pocket movement necessary in unpredictable situations.
