Sunday Recipe Club 🥗🥩 Summer Steak Salad This fresh and flavorful salad is the perfect summer meal. 1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion into bite-sized cubes and add them to a large mixing bowl. Use as much or as little of each vegetable as you like. 2. Season your steak (or meat of choice) with salt and pepper. 3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and cook the steak for 2½–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. 4. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest while you prepare the dressing. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together:    • ¼ cup olive oil    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice    • ½ tablespoon minced garlic    • Chopped parsley    • Chopped cilantro    • Salt and pepper to taste    • Red pepper flakes to taste 6. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined. 7. Slice the rested steak into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl. 8. Toss everything together and serve.
