HYROX World Championship Pro Doubles
54:19 (35s PR) - 24th 25-29 / 62nd Overall
2nd Fastest Overall American Team 

We out kicked our coverage, again. We qualified with a 55:57 (Las Vegas) this season just to show up at Worlds and drop another banger performance. Pressure is a privilege. 

Today saw our best Run + Rox total by over a minute (-1:02) averaging 3:35/km which bridged the gap of an unfavorable course. We made moves with our legs. To directly quote a joe_rucco text: "I'm gonna try to run you out of your shoes (in a nice way) at WC." Got it. I'll hang on. 

The race was a grind from the jump. A very sticky Sled Push dug us a nice hole early but, in typical us fashion, we found the pocket of comfort in our sufferings. A new Sled Pull (3:03) & BBJ (1:59) strategy paid dividends. Banked more time stations 6-8. 

Getting the opportunity to race at Worlds again alongside my best friend and represent underdog.fitness.gym on the biggest stage are feelings that will never dull. I mean it when I say there is no one, or team I'd rather do this with. 

We're both racing Mixed Doubles tomorrow to close out our 25/26 seasons. One more opportunity to fly.
