Borrowed Gods: Prologue

The world is not the world.

When men arrived here, they unknowingly built their homes upon the backs of gods — sleeping giants of earth and flesh.

When they awoke, cities crumbled into dust. Pilots were trained to placate them from within — but some men grew addicted to the power and remained as undying parasites.

In consuming rival gods, they expand their domains.
