The highest form of spirituality is child-like fun!! 

I got to NYC yesterday, and somehow the timing couldn’t have been better.

I’ve been through a lot lately, but one thing remains undefeated: my ability to show up and bring the magic and improve the vibes. You’re welcome, Knicks. 🏀✨😉

People think the magic of this city is the success, the fame, the hustle. For me, it’s always been the energy. The resilience. The way people keep showing up after getting knocked down.

The Knicks win, the city buzzing, strangers high-fiving strangers, everyone believing in something together. That’s always been my New York.

Walking these streets again reminded me of something I needed to feel. Hope doesn’t always come back all at once. Sometimes it comes back little by little. One good day. One good moment. One reason to believe again.

Watching this team fight back all season feels weirdly familiar. You don’t win by fixing everything overnight. You chip away. You take what’s in front of you. You get stronger. You keep going.

That’s where my heart is right now.

Life is funny—since moving to Texas, every time I come back, I remember exactly what it is I’ve always loved about this city. The way New Yorkers show up for each other and rally around something positive. I’ve witnessed this time and time again. 

I came here for another work/and a little fun trip, and ended up getting a reminder. No matter how hard things get, there is always another chapter, another comeback, another chance to believe.

Nothing hits quite like NYC when it’s united, celebrating, and reminding you what strength looks like.

We did it. #NYCstrong. Feeling all the feels today after last night!! 🏆
