The La Joya ISD School Board has officially approved the 2026–2027 Budget Plan, a budget that puts students first, supports our employees, and invests in the future of our district.

✅ 3% pay increase for all employees

✅ Fair and competitive compensation for new and veteran staff
✅ Balanced budget with strong financial stewardship
✅ $128.1 million invested in Strategic Plan priorities that support student success
