A huge thank you to British Sailing Team for inviting me down to try windsurfing ahead of the World Championships this September!

I love saying yes to new experiences, and this was definitely one I’ll never forget. Seeing the skill, speed, and athleticism up close gave me a whole new appreciation for the sport. Still getting over my fear of water!

Safe to say you’ve gained a new fan! 🤝🏾🌊

I’ll definitely be tuning in from 7–12 September to see the athletes compete on the world stage. 💨🌊
