See below for 2 great recipes you must try using Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream. @Shamrock Farms  Steak Marinade -2 Top Sirloin Steaks 8-10oz each -1C Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream -3T Soy Sauce -2T Olive Oil -Juice 1/2 Lemon -3 Cloves Garlic, minced -1T Dijon Mustard -1/2tsp Black Pepper **Add ingredients to small bowl, whisk, pour over steaks and marinate up to 24 hours.  We did 4 hours. **Keep a thin layer of marinade on steaks. We grilled over a hot fire for 10 minutes to 129 internal. Rest for 10 minutes, Slice and enjoy Chicken Marinade -4 Chicken Breast, 8oz each -1C Shamrock Farms Natural Sour Cream -2T Olive Oil -Juice of 1 Lemon -2 Cloves Garlic, minced -1tsp Paprika -1tsp Salt -1/2tsp Black Pepper -1/2tsp Onion Powder -2C Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs **Add in ingredients to a small bowl, whisk, pour over chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.
