Spiritual leadership doesn’t always happen behind a pulpit.

Sometimes, it happens at the kitchen sink.
Or while you’re folding that third load of laundry for the day.

We often wait for the "big moments" to feel like we’re serving God. We look for the stage, the deep theological debate, or the major life pivot.

But the truth? 
Sanctification is found in the sink. 
Grace is in the grocery list. 
Leadership is in the laundry.

When we serve our families and our communities in the small, repetitive tasks, we are modeling the heart of Christ. We are stewarding the lives and the spaces entrusted to us with intentionality. Success isn't always a metric; often, it's just being present.

Colossians 3:23 reminds us: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

The mundane isn't a distraction from your calling. 
The mundane is your calling.

It’s about who you are becoming while you do the things no one else sees.
