A huge thank you to The Raincross Gazette for spotlighting the incredible impact of volunteer advocacy in our community! 🗞️✨

This week, they shared the story of Nancy Olsen, one of our amazing Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). After retiring, Nancy found a powerful new purpose with Voices for Children. For five years, she stood by a teenage girl in foster care, sharing homework sessions, art shows, bowling trips, and learning how to navigate "adulting" together.

Today, that young woman is 19, a high school and cosmetology graduate, a community college student, and a talented dancer with a bright future ahead. That is the life-changing power of having just one consistent adult in your corner.
