Elite shooting workout if you’re working out by yourself! Give it a try🙌🏻

When you workout alone, make sure to keep it fun. I’ve found that days can get a bit monotonous when working out alone but try to keep things fresh and challenge yourself. There’s not one right way to workout when trying to get to the highest level.

It started out because I was trying to get my ⚽️ skills right for Poland but then realized I could combine the two😂
