I’ve never felt like I truly fit in anywhere. And for a while, I thought there was something wrong with me. I’d have people, society, and my own thoughts telling me, “Be more this. Be less that. Pick a lane. Choose one thing.” But why do we have to choose? Why can’t they all coexist? Isn’t life just one big paradox after all?

For a while, I beat myself up. Constantly criticizing myself and thinking, “Why can’t I just be normal? Blend into society? Be like everyone else?” Until I got to a certain point in my life where I realized…

F THAT.

Life’s too short.

The things that make me weird and different are actually my superpower. They’re the parts of me I should lean into, not edit down or dilute.

I hate feeling limited, boxed in, and unable to fully express the multifaceted person that I am.

That’s why I wanted to create a brand that embraces multifaceted people.

The ones who feel like walking paradoxes.

The ones with too many interests.

The hybrids of society.

The ones who’ve been told they need to focus on one thing when they know they’re capable of so much more.

This brand isn’t meant for everyone and that’s the point.

I hope someone out there sees themselves in DINOCAT because this hybrid creature is meant to be a mirror. A totem. A reflection of our multifaceted nature.

A reminder that opposite energies can exist within the same person.

Like the bold, intimidating energy of a dinosaur combined with the mysterious, curious spirit of a cat.

Things that shouldn’t work together, yet somehow do.

It doesn’t matter if all your interests don’t seem connected. What ultimately connects them is you.
