What makes all of this possible is the athlete herself. Mercedes processes information once and applies it completely. No reminding, no drifting back to old habits, no emotional noise around hard feedback. She just works. That is genuinely rare and it is the reason results like this happen so fast.

And the results show it. Mercedes just won Districts in javelin, her bilateral symmetry has gone from a glaring weakness to a non-issue, and her reactive strength numbers are sitting at an elite level.

When we started together the data told us her left leg was dominant and her right side wasn’t keeping up under load. That kind of imbalance puts a ceiling on power output and adds unnecessary stress through the kinetic chain every time she plants and throws. She took that information, went away, and came back a different athlete.

Her CMJ braking asymmetry dropped from a high of 10.3% down to under 4% across all trials. Both legs are now contributing equally through every ground contact, which means more force, cleaner mechanics, and better transfer into the throw. Her countermovement jump consistency tightened up too, moving from a wide range of 11.8” to 13.4” up to a steady 13.1” to 13.8” across her most recent sessions.

The multi-rebound test is where it gets impressive. A peak RSI of 3.09 with average contact times of 179ms. That is a nervous system that loads, absorbs, and redirects force without hesitation, which is exactly the quality that shows up as a violent, efficient release in competition.
