A message I received yesterday hit me hard.

Someone I went to high school with told me she was sharing my story with her son because he's been struggling.

It reminded me why I continue to talk openly about my battles.

Years ago, I thought I was the only one fighting anxiety, depression, addiction, and self-doubt.

I wasn't.

And neither are you.

Sometimes sharing your story isn't about looking back.

It's about helping someone else move forward.

Keep showing up. You never know who needs to hear it.
