At Herbs on the Hill, we’ve created a gentle reminder to help you recognise the signs of heat stroke quickly and clearly. We’ve blended useful visuals with cooling herbal wisdom, so you feel supported and prepared—not scared.

🌀 Confusion or delirium
💪 Sudden weakness
😵‍💫 Dizziness or fainting
🤢 Nausea and vomiting
🌫️ Blurred vision
🗣️ Slurred speech
🥵 Skin that’s dry or very sweaty
🌡️ High body temperature (over 104°F)

💧 If you spot these signs, act fast: move into the shade, cool the body with water or a cloth, and call for help.
