✨Italian Chopped Pasta Salad✨

I’m making everyone’s favorite Italian chopped salad in pasta form! Perfect for any outdoor gatherings this summer! 🥗🍝

I tossed radiatori pasta with all the classic chopped salad favorites and topped it off with Olive Garden Zesty Italian Dressing. This dressing is an easy way to ad bold flavor to any summer pasta salad. Look for it at your local grocery store! 

Ingredients:

-1/2 lb. radiatori pasta
- 2 cups little gem lettuce, chopped 
- 1/4 lb. Genoa Salami, chopped
- 2-3 slices provolone cheese, chopped
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, chopped 
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped 
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped 
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmigiano Reggiano 
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/3 cup basil chiffonade
- 1/2 cup Olive Garden Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add plenty of salt. Cook the pasta until it’s al dente.
2. Strain the pasta and let cool before making the pasta salad.
3. Add the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients and the Italian dressing. Add more of each ingredient to taste.
