MENS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS: Pt. 2 “The Turning Point” 

I say often I didn’t stop living in my head I just try to make my head a better home. It’s an actual everyday effort, recirculating how my mind perceives my reality. I firmly believe if I can conceive it in a mental I can achieve it in a physical I’ve seen the positives of an active imagination and the negatives, living in realities that have not even come to exists yet and may never. Always being stuck in the past wishing I could have done things differently or worried about the mystery of the future, but never present; immobilized by two tenses I can’t exist in. 

This turning point occurred in 2021? That doesnt mean it was an instant change this year 2026 is the first time I feel like everything i’ve been thinking I am actively applying. And that doesnt mean it’s a permanent straightening like when we drive, to keep the car straight we constantly have to have our hand on that wheel adjusting to the turns of the road we’re on. 

And that’s just what life looks like for me, it’s nothing wrong with me, im not a victim of this active imagination, because I owe my imagination for even dreaming so big to be able to achieve things that I have, but every ray of sun (the thing we want) has a shadow, so welcome both. 

You pray for rain, it comes with mud. 

Be patient with yourself and be honest with yourself about who you are, who you want to be & how you can get there; there’s a million routes to that destination and only you know which is the best route for you.
