Amit Singh Rana was one of India's bravest warriors.

As an elite MARCOS commando, he took part in some of the country's most dangerous operations and fearlessly el!minated eight terror!sts. His extraordinary courage earned him the Shaurya Chakra, one of India's highest gallantry awards.

But after surviving de@dly missions, bullets, and encounters with terrorists, his life ended in the most heartbreaking way.

On June 1, 2026, while driving home through a dark mountain road in Himachal Pradesh, his car reportedly plunged into a deep valley after slipping off an unguarded stretch of road.

A hero who faced de@th countless times while protecting the nation lost his life not on the battlefield, but on a road that lacked basic safety measures.

Rest in peace, Commander Amit Singh Rana. 🇮🇳💔
