🍋 Happy Summer Solstice! Excited more summers in the cottage.

🤍 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Grilled Shrimp:
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp red pepper chili flakes
1 tbsp neutral oil
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 sprigs parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste

Pesto Pasta:
pappardelle
1/3 cup pesto
2 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper & salt to taste

Mixed Greens:
1 lemon
1/4 cup neutral oil
1 tbsp zatar
3 cups mixed greens
1/2 red onion (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 heirloom tomato (diced)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
freshly cracked black pepper
