👑🩷Can’t believe this was 22 years ago! Feels like yesterday I was competing at missamericaca and then headed to Miss America. What an honor of a lifetime. I miss dancing like this and I really need to get back into it once I recover from endometriosis surgery👯

Can’t wait to see who the new Miss California will be tonight and welcome her into our Forever Miss California sisterhood. I remember when I was competing one of the biggest reasons I wanted to become Miss California is because I was so inspired by the Miss California’s of years past and wanted to be forever in their sisterhood. To this day, I still cherish being a part of this amazing group of women! 

My little sis ariannaafsar who I met when I was 23 and she was 13 is still to this day one of the biggest gifts of my year and life. I love you so much!
