Bought a filthy house for $430K and sold it for $920K 😳

First, we bought this disgusting house because we knew how much money we could make from it.

Then, we decided to flip it ourselves rather than spend money on cleaning it out to get it ready for wholesale. 

Next, our team spent three days and made 10 separate trips to completely clear out the property.

After, we opened up the layout, expanded the kitchen, and replaced cabinets, tiles, and an oven, upgraded floors, paint, and bedrooms.

Then, we invested in high-impact finishes like tile, lighting, and layout.

Next, we added a few custom features like a fire pit and a seating area to make the house stand out and feel high-end compared to nearby listings.

Then, we replaced the sunburnt grass and upgraded the backyard with a continental-style patio and decking.

After 12 months of working on the property due to various delays, we spent $276,000 on the flip, almost $100,000 over their original budget. 

We initially listed the house for $999,999, and got an offer of $920,000.
