Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day! More than 1 billion people worldwide live with disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, cognitive and other disabilities. Digital accessibility helps more people connect with the information, stories and experiences they need.
 
At PBS North Carolina, we’re working to make our content, platforms and events accessible to all. That includes building our website with accessibility standards in mind, offering accessibility support like ASL interpretations at events, and helping viewers find accessible content more easily.
