🚨 MOVE RIGHT. SAVE LIVES. 🚨

When you see flashing red lights and hear a siren, every second matters.

📖 California Vehicle Code § 21806 requires drivers to:

✅ Yield the right-of-way
✅ Move to the right-hand edge or curb when safe
✅ Clear any intersection
✅ Stop and remain stopped until the emergency vehicle has passed

Whether it’s a police officer, firefighter, or paramedic responding to an emergency, your actions can help them reach someone in need faster.

⚠️ Don’t freeze in the roadway.
⚠️ Don’t block intersections.
⚠️ Don’t continue driving alongside the emergency vehicle.

Remember: The person waiting for that ambulance, fire engine, or police car could be someone’s parent, child, spouse, or friend.

🚔🚑🚒 When lights and sirens are activated, move right and stop.
