Tonight is the night.

Zero Gravity in Anniston. 📍 romarin_corbeaux 
The last public Alabama sound bath until August 19. If you have been on the fence, this is your sign to just go for it! 😘 

Here is what happens in that room. 
You lie back in a zero gravity chair or on your mat. The bowls start. Your nervous system, which has been running on stress and cortisol, and the weight of everything on your plate, starts to remember what it feels like to just be okay.

Nothing is forced. Your body does it on its own because sound gives it something real to orient toward.
