There is just something special when women gather. Especially on sacred land.

This is not new. For thousands of years, across every culture, women have come together in circles — around fire, near water, under open sky — to heal, to witness each other, and to remember who they are. 

Research from UCLA calls it the tend-and-befriend response: under stress, women are wired to seek connection with other women. That connection releases oxytocin, lowers cortisol, and shifts the nervous system out of survival mode in a way that very few things can replicate. Your body was built for this kind of gathering. It has been waiting for it.
This Thursday, June 25, we are creating that space intentionally.

Between Water and Fire is a two-hour summer solstice-inspired ritual for women at the breathtaking land_of_bohamia in Talladega, Alabama. 

We open with ceremony, walk in silence to the water for quiet reflection and journaling, return to be anointed, and settle into a full sunset sound bath under the open sky — crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and the land holding all of it. We close with a fire ritual. An intention + A declaration made.

Gift bags included. Doors open at 6 PM. 
We begin at 6:30 

This experience is for the woman who is ready to slow down, reconnect, and remember the life she wants to live more fully. Come as you are. Leave more grounded, clear, and connected.
