Some days you’ll feel on track with your goals, while other days…. well. 🤡

Today is one of those “well” days. 

Puffy. Lower belly bloat. 
The abs I was starting to see come in are apparently - in hiding - RUDE! 

This is a place where a lot of people quit. 
This is the place where the self-doubt peaks its head. Where the old stories and ways of being creep in.

But it’s just a blip. It’s a reminder, whether it’s about health and fitness, business and career, love and relationships. It’s always about meeting yourself where you are. 

The good. The bad. The bloated!

I’m here for the best life I can give myself. And as I focus more and more on this season of life, exploring what it means now to live a life I love waking up to every day, a big part of that is feeling Strong again. Healthy again. ALL synapses firing again. 🧠 

And if that’s how I want to feel, who do I need to become to achieve that feeling?

Well… She’s someone who gets up every day despite what she’s feeling or seeing in the mirror because she knows that every action is compounding. This is a lifestyle. The new normal. And that the life she loves waking up to every day is because of the small steps she’s taken along the way.
