#Takeoff’s parents are reportedly in a legal dispute over settlement money from a wrongful death lawsuit tied to the late rapper’s death.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Takeoff’s mother, #TitaniaDavenport, argues that she raised him as a single parent, provided most of his financial and emotional support growing up, and remained close to him throughout his life. She also claims Takeoff later supported her financially, covering many of her living expenses.

Davenport alleges that Takeoff’s father, #KennethBall, was largely absent from their son’s life and provided little financial or emotional support.

Ball, however, argues that he is still entitled to a share of the settlement money and believes a Texas court should decide how it is divided.
