According to the hollywoodreporter, Clive passed away Monday at his home in New York City. It was noted that he had recently been hospitalized with an upper respiratory infection. TMZ_TV reports that his spokesperson said he was admitted to the hospital out of an abundance of caution and that he was expected to recover. He was sent home on June 4th.
