Mick Foley will not be part of AEW Forbidden Door in San Jose, according to Dave Meltzer.
 
Foley has a prior contractual commitment for a comedy show in Seabrook, NH, on the same date, and was unable to get it moved.
 
Foley has cleared his schedule after Forbidden Door, leaving him available for AEW Dynamite and pay-per-view dates as needed through September, as well as in November and December. Meltzer added that Foley called 2025 the busiest year of his wrestling career and had already booked much of 2026 before signing with AEW.
