Homemade bagels, in the bread machine or overnight dough!  •1 cup (may need 1-2 tbsp extra) warm water  •1.5 tsp instant yeast (if using active dry, mix in warm water first with the brown sugar and let sit for about 10 min)  •1.5 tsp salt  -•3.5 cups bread flour  (I DOUBLE THIS RECIPE)  -Boil water, optional add baking soda +brown sugar.
