U9 121 Training Session ⚽️⏱️

1st (10m): Get players warm through movement, footwork & scanning. This not only warms their body, but wakes up their mind 🧠

2nd (10m): Passing combinations, challenging the player to master passing with different areas of their feet. 

3rd (20m): Main session topic, to allow time to explain and coach the player through their mistakes. 

4th (10m): Shooting practice, is always enjoyable for young players and they often struggle with breaking down the technique. 

Play with a smile on your face and enjoy plenty of touches on the ball 😊👏
