We landed in Canada with big dreams.

Some started in Ontario.
Some moved to Nova Scotia.
Some went to Alberta.
Some ended up in Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

We kept moving.

A better job.
A better opportunity.

A new beginning.

Every move meant leaving something behind.

Friends who felt like family.
The room where we spent our first winter.
The people who helped us when nobody else did.

Then came new cities.

New roommates.
New friends.

Years passed.

Some changed provinces more than once.
