You can’t please everyone. You aren’t a caprese breakfast toast 🍅 🌿

Toast with melted Mozzarella and Cherry Tomatoes

Lightly toast 2 slices of bread. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each slice (optional). Lay some sliced mozzarella over the toast and top with halved cherry tomatoes.  Melt under the broiler until melty. Remove from broiler. Crack black pepper on top and sprinkle with chopped basil. Drizzle with some balsamic glaze if you are so inclined
