Take girls night to the next level with these Espresso Martini Jell-O Shots ✨

Ingredients:
-1 cup coffee, cold
-2 packets unflavored gelatin
-1/2 cup vodka
-1/2 cup coffee liqueur
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-espresso beans for garnish

Directions:
Bloom gelatin in the cold coffee for 10 minutes, then microwave for 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.Whisk in vodka and coffee liqueur.Divide into Jell-O shot cups, saving a quarter of the mixture for the foam.In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until foamy, then add the remaining Jell-O shot mixture and whisk well.Place foam on top of each Jell-O shot, then refrigerate for 4 hours until set.Garnish with espresso beans, then serve.
