2 tbsp grated palm sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp tamarind water
3 tbsp neutral oil

Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

3 cups cold day-old jasmine rice
1.3lb diced chicken breast
2 shallots
1 tsp terasi
Pinch salt
2 scallions, sliced

Sauce

2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp sambal terasi
½ tsp white pepper

To cook

2 tbsp neutral oil

Garnishes

2 crispy fried eggs
cucumber slices
